Account creation & login

On the main RedFeb registration page, click 'Register now' under 'Join the Sun Run'. Fill in your details, follow the prompts, and click 'Sign Up'. This will allow you to proceed with Sun Run event registration.
Please check your spam or junk folder and mark the email as 'Not Spam' if you find it. Also, verify that you entered the correct email address during registration. If there was a typo, you may need to update your details via your Race Roster dashboard or contact support.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Once you have created your Race Roster account, fill in all the required steps, including Sub-event selection, Personal Information, Teams, and Products/Merchandise. You will also specify how to receive your Race Pack.
Yes, you have the option to add and register companions by selecting 'Add Another Registrant' at the bottom of the registration form.

Yes! On your Race Roster dashboard, you can click 'Invite Friends' (if available) or use the shared team link provided to invite others to register and join.

Yes. During the 'Select a Charity Partner' step of registration, select Heart Research Australia and choose 'Create a fundraising page'. Your personal page will be automatically created on the Grassrootz platform.
You will receive a confirmation email from Heart Research Australia (via Grassrootz) with a link to 'Set up my page'. Click this link to create a password for your Grassrootz dashboard, allowing you to edit and manage your page.
Log in to your Grassrootz dashboard and select 'Edit Page'. From here, you can upload or update your profile picture, change your page name, set a fundraising target, insert a photo or video, and share your personal story.
Log in to your Grassrootz dashboard and look for the sharing options (e.g., 'Share page'). You can easily share your page via Facebook, X, LinkedIn, QR Code, Email, or copy the link to post on any platform you prefer.

Donors can give directly to your page by clicking 'Give Now'. For easy sharing, you can log in to your dashboard and select 'Request a Donation' to generate a direct link. Alternatively, people can visit the RedFeb donation page and search for your fundraising name from the list.
Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to donate to your own page. Simply log in to your fundraising dashboard, click 'Give Now', and follow the donation process.
Yes, donations to Heart Research Australia are tax-deductible.
Yes! On the 'Details' section of the donation form, donors can update the 'Display name for message' and select 'Make My Donation Anonymous' to keep their name private.
